The Possibility Club

Dec 10, 2018

Richard's podcast guest this week is Pete Heat. Pete was nicknamed 'The Rock N Roll Magician' by NME and his close-Up magic skills have led to him being one of the most sought after magicians in the UK. His Sky TV series’, Secrets Of The Brain and Around The World in 80 Tricks introduced his work to new audiences, alongside his acclaimed - and very funny - Edinburgh Fringe shows and London variety nights. Pete’s clients include Elle McPherson, Carey Mulligan and Jude Law - for whom Pete is a regular magic consultant on film roles. Richard has known Pete for over 15 years, and they caught up in November 2018 to discuss the life of a magician, the challenge of keeping secrets in the Internet age and what skills magicians have that should be employed everywhere. --- Useful links: Pete's website http://www.peteheat.co.uk/ Pete on Twitter https://twitter.com/peteheat Around The World In 80 Tricks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCpBNByYU7M Secrets Of The Brain https://www.davincikids.tv/shows/secrets-of-the-brain/ --- Check out our vast vault of interviews with change-makers in business, culture and education at alwayspossible.co.uk/podcast and if you like them please subscribe, write a review, tell your friends - and contact us via social media if you have an idea for a future guest.
